These terms explain our booking rules, payment policies, cancellations, and service conditions. By using our services, you agree to all terms listed below.

Guarantee Notice: Any service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. The pickup address must be accurate. The guarantee becomes void if the vehicle type booked does not match the actual transportation needs or if the reservation is modified.

General Terms

Bookings and Availability

• ATL Airport Limo operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and time.

Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled service.
• We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Fee-free payment options may include Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.
• Credit card payments may include processing fees.

Hourly Service and Overtime

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and sprinter vans.
• Some peak dates or specialty vehicles may require longer minimum bookings.
• Overtime is billed in full-hour increments.
• Services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m. may include a surcharge of $25 to $50.

Holiday and Long-Distance Travel

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our garage may include additional mileage and travel time charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfer cancellations require at least 4 hours notice.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require at least 24 hours notice.

Hourly Rentals and Events

• Cancellations within 30 business days of an hourly booking will result in loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 15 business days will be charged the full service amount.
• Proms, concerts, sporting events, stadiums, museums, and Masters Golf Tournament bookings are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

• All cancellations or changes must be confirmed in writing by ATL Airport Limo.
• Contacting the chauffeur directly to make changes is not permitted.

Cleaning and Damage Policy

• Eating and smoking are not allowed inside our vehicles.
• Smoking results in a $600 cleaning fee.
• Sickness that requires professional cleaning will result in a $500 fee.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused during the service.

Waiting Time and Additional Stops

Airport Pickup Waiting Time

• 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for residential, hotel, or office pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic flight arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international flight arrivals.

Extra Stops

• Each additional stop within a reasonable distance is charged at $25.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communication, you agree to receive text messages from ATL Airport Limo related to bookings, reminders, service updates, and billing notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or reply HELP for assistance.

Safety and Passenger Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Unsafe behavior such as standing through sunroofs is not allowed.
• Any misconduct may result in immediate service termination without refund.

Liability Disclaimer

• ATL Airport Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement will be provided when possible.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles but will make reasonable efforts to return them.

Final Agreement
